Every unexpressed emotion, every unfinished reaction, every held back impulse is stored in the body creating a MASK which is hiding our true feeling and reaction in an effort to achieve acceptance and love.

The Mask is shaping our physical body and creating patterns of behaviors that become our way in which we move through life. As a result, we forget who we truly are and create lives full of anxiety, uncertainty and disappointment.

WE WILL HELP YOU CHANGE THIS

We will create a safe space where with the guidance of the leaders, support of the group and help of expressive, powerful techniques of Core Energetics, you will be able to explore the forgotten and frozen memories in your body, free your life energy RESTORING JOY AND PLEASURE IN YOUR LIFE.

The facilitators

Gyasi Bramos-Hantman is Deputy Director and certified therapist of the Core Energetics Institute-Greece. He has a B.A degree in Psychology and a master’s in social work He maintains an office in Athens and works individually and with groups.

Konstantinos Repanis is a certified therapist and Junior Teacher of the Core Energetics Institute-Greece as well as a teaching assistant at the Nice Core Energetics Institute in the Netherlands. He maintains an office in Athens and works individually and with groups. He is also a drama school graduate, has worked in theater and has a Master's degree in Reiki healing.
