About the event
Led by two dynamic Core Energetics body psychotherapists, Daniela Zambrana and Gyasi Bramos Hantman, this workshop is intended for seekers who are interested in body psychotherapy, bodywork, personal development, and individual growth.
This workshop is designed to be an immersive experience that will bring participants together in a group setting. With a variety of different exercises, we will help you get in touch with your blocked energy to feel and understand why and where you hold it back in your body and unlock the power within. You will have the opportunity to connect with other participants and learn more about your authentic self, and what gets in the way of bringing it out to the world.
Learn to trust yourself and your body and gain the courage to take risks and make decisions that will positively bring you into connection.
At the end of the workshop, you will feel empowered and energized. You will have a newfound appreciation for yourself and a greater understanding of your capabilities.
