Group therapy & Workshops

Group therapy and participating in workshops offer a unique opportunity to be with others sharing similar concerns and life's challenges. The group setting can offer a support network, sounding board, and mirror to assist you in moving through your difficulties. You will have the opportunity to examine who you are and share your authenticity. While this may seem like a big step, perhaps it is exactly the step you need to move beyond your comfort zone, and connect with life in real time... and with others.
Join like-minded individuals in a shared experience that will be sure to last a lifetime. Browse the catalog of events to find the topic that interests you and sign up for what is sure to be a transformative experience.

Why Group Therapy

Group psychotherapy is a form of therapy in which a small group of people meet regularly to discuss their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with a trained therapist. The group members share their experiences and support each other in resolving personal problems and achieving personal growth. Group therapy can be an effective treatment for a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and relationship problems. One of the main benefits of group therapy is that it provides a sense of social support and connection. It can be helpful to know that others are going through similar experiences and that you are not alone. Group therapy can also be more cost-effective than individual therapy, as it allows people to receive treatment in a group setting rather than on a one-on-one basis. Group therapy is typically targeted towards individuals who are seeking support and guidance in addressing personal challenges and improving their overall well-being. It may be particularly useful for people who have difficulty forming or maintaining close relationships, as it can provide a safe and supportive space to practice and develop social skills. Group therapy is often recommended as part of a comprehensive treatment plan for people with mental health conditions, but it can also be beneficial for people who are generally seeking personal growth and development. Currently I am offering a therapy group with my colleague Daniela Zambrana in Vienna Austria
